Where We Ship: We currently ship within Canada, with most orders fulfilled in Ontario. We do offer shipping to other provinces across Canada as well.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days.
Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Standard shipping is used unless otherwise specified.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within Ontario is 2–5 business days. For other Canadian provinces, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
Tracking: All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your package from our store to your door.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and unused.
How to Return: Contact us at levoguecycle.ca@gmail.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
